The sweetest holiday tradition at 100 Kellogg Lane is back! Visit the Gallery Room near Shaw’s Ice Cream and transform your BK Bakery gingerbread house into a festive masterpiece.

1. Contest Period 
The contest begins on November 27, 2025 and ends on December 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST. All entries must be received within this period. 

2. How to Enter 
Participants decorate a BK Bakery gingerbread house on-site at 100 Kellogg Lane in the designated Gingerbread space (located beside Shaw’s Ice Cream), and leave on display for the duration of the contest. One entry per person. 

3. Entry Requirements 
Entries must be original, created by the participant, and may not include offensive, unsafe, or copyrighted materials. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements. 

4. Judging 
All eligible entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the organizers based on: Creativity, Visual appeal, Craftsmanship, Overall holiday theme. Judging decisions are final. 

5. Prize 
One (1) winner will receive $1,000 CAD. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received. 

6. Winner Selection & Notification 
The winner will be selected on December 22, 2025 and contacted by email or phone. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, another eligible winner may be selected. 

7. Publicity & Consent 
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, entry, and photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 

8. Privacy 
Personal information collected for this contest will be used solely for administration of the contest and will not be shared except as required to award the prize. 

9. General Conditions 
The organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of tampering, technical failure, or any other issue beyond their control. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules
