Trampoline Fitness
Join us for a high energy workout on Tuesday nights where you'll work up a sweat, all with a smile on your face!
Each class is 45 minutes, and includes a warm-up and yoga-inspired cool-down. Classes run once a week on Tuesdays, 7:00-7:45pm.
When you sign up for TRAMPOLINE FITNESS, you can expect:
- 4 weeks of fun-first, instructor lead, beginner friendly fitness classes on the trampolines at The Factory.
- This is a high energy, highly social HIIT workout combining bursts of low-impact trampoline cardio and full-body resistance band exercises to activate, strengthen and tone your muscles while getting your heart rate up.
Treat yourself afterwards with 2-for-1 Tuesdays @ The Factory Canteen — stay for a refreshing drink and a slice of fire-roasted pizza post-workout with your new friends!
Participants will be required to bring or purchase their own pair of grippy socks from the Factory.
