The freeform paragraph is used whenever you need to create a simple area of text. The freeform has options for title, subtitle, body, text alignment (left, center or right) and a border.
The button paragraph type is used to create a simple button. Using the button within a grid like this is a great way to call attention to the button and create a visually pleasing page layout.
