10K Hole-in-One Challenge

Available anytime a golf simulator is open or when you book a simulator bay.

Ask your host or server to add the challenge to your tab. 

We will setup the chosen course on your sports simulator and you are good to start shooting.

There’s no participation limit, play as many rounds (10 shots) as you like as long as you are within your simulator reserved time or there is still a free simulator open. 

You do not need to have a simulator booked to participate in the challenge. Guests are welcome to play anytime a simulator is available; however, pre-booked reservations always take priority.

Official Rules & Regulations

The $10,000 Hole-In-One Challenge (the “Contest”) is administered by The Factory Partnership and Rockhard Food & Bev Inc. (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

1. Contest Period

The Contest begins on February 8, 2026 and will continue until the earlier of:

• A verified hole-in-one is achieved in accordance with these Rules; or
• December 30, 2026

(the “Contest Period”).

Only one (1) prize of $10,000 CAD is available during each Contest Period.

If a participant achieves a verified hole-in-one and is declared the winner in accordance with these Rules, the Contest Period will conclude once the prize has been awarded.

Following the conclusion of a Contest Period, the Sponsors may elect to begin a new contest period. Any new contest period will be governed by the official rules in effect at that time.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada.
• Employees of The Factory Partnership and Rockhard Food & Bev Inc., their affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
• Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter (Paid Entry)

Participants may enter the Contest by purchasing an attempt at the designated golf simulator location.

• $10 CAD provides one (1) official attempt consisting of ten (10) consecutive shots.
• All shots must be completed during the same attempt session.
• Only shots taken during an official attempt qualify.
• Practice shots are not permitted during an official attempt.

Simulator settings, equipment, tee placement, and hole configuration are determined solely by the Sponsors and may not be altered.

Attempts may be limited at the discretion of staff to ensure fair participation.

4. No Purchase Necessary Method of Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.

To obtain one (1) complimentary entry attempt without purchase, an eligible participant must submit a mail-in request as follows:

Participants must mail a handwritten request including:

• Full name
• Mailing address
• Phone number or email address
• A handwritten statement of at least 200 words describing their interest in golf and why they would like to participate in the Hole-In-One Challenge

Upon receipt and verification, the participant will be issued one (1) complimentary 10-shot attempt under the same conditions as paid entries.

Limit one (1) no-purchase entry per person per Contest Period.

Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected mail submissions.

5. Qualifying Hole & Simulator Conditions

Only hole-in-one shots recorded under the designated contest settings qualify.

The official qualifying hole is:

Hole: #3
Distance: 155 yards

All simulator settings including wind, difficulty, pin placement, and tee position are determined exclusively by the Sponsors.

Participants must use the simulator bay designated by staff for the Contest.

6. Winning Criteria

A winning shot must meet all of the following conditions:

• The shot must occur during an official attempt session.
• The simulator must register the shot as a hole-in-one.
• The shot must be witnessed in real time by a Club House staff member.
• Simulator data and video footage may be reviewed to verify the result.

If a system malfunction occurs, the Sponsors reserve the right to void the attempt and offer a replacement attempt.

7. Prize

During each Contest Period, one (1) prize of $10,000 CAD is available to be won.

Prize conditions:

• Limit one (1) prize awarded per Contest Period.
• Prize will be issued by cheque within approximately 30 days of verification.
• Winner must present valid government-issued identification.

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner must:

• Sign a declaration of eligibility
• Sign a liability and publicity release
• Correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question

Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Skill-Testing Question

In accordance with Canadian contest regulations, the potential winner must correctly answer the following mathematical skill-testing question without assistance:

(25 × 3) + 18 ÷ 6 − 7 = ?

The question must be answered correctly within a specified time limit.

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of attempts made and the skill level of participants.

10. Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating, entrants agree that they assume all risks associated with golf simulator participation.

The Sponsors are not responsible for:

• Equipment malfunction
• Technical issues
• Human error
• Any injury or damages resulting from participation

Participants release The Factory Partnership and Rockhard Food & Bev Inc. from any liability related to the Contest.

11. Publicity Release

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree that the Sponsors may use their name, likeness, voice, and recorded footage for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these rules
• Attempts to tamper with the Contest
• Displays unsportsmanlike conduct

All decisions made by the Sponsors regarding the Contest are final.
